Team Luton March Long Course Update

19 club swimmers raced at the Team Luton March Long Course meet last weekend – it’s been a long time since some of them have raced in a 50m pool!  It was a great opportunity for the swimmers to practice their LC racing before the Regional Championships taking place in April/May.

Congratulations to Ruel S for setting five new records in the 17 year old age group for 100m breast, 200m breast, 200m free, 400m free and 200m IM and to Robert F for placing a record time in the 800m free event for 15 year olds.

Special mention to Toby M who took 0.95s off the 50m fly record and 0.8s off the 100m fly record for 14 year olds, both previously set in 2016.
