HSC Finis Legacy Meet 2021- Volunteers

To all parents with swimmers taking part in the Legacy meet on the 2nd & 3rd Oct, we would like to ask that all sign up for at least 1 job per swimmer taking part in the competition, we can only run the legacy meets if we have enough volunteers.

To volunteer, you need to sign up via the Active Swim Portal on this link: Swim Portal.

Once you have logged in to the swim portal, you’ll find the Legacy Meet volunteer link on the right-hand side:


Competitor Stewards must be DBS checked. If you have a DBS certificate with HSC, please sign up for this job. The other available roles do not require DBS clearance.

​However, all volunteers do need a Swim England membership number. All swimmers have at least one parent with a SE membership. If you are willing to volunteer and do not have a SE membership, please contact membership@harpendensc.org.uk so that this can be arranged for you.
